1.Sweet coconut iced coffee

Kokos-Eiskaffee- HAndcraft Coffee

Ingredients:

400ml Cold Brew coffee
75ml coconut milk
3 teaspoons of cane sugar.
The iced coffee tastes even better with dark Muscovado sugar

Preparation:


1. Make a cold brew coffee. Use your favorite coffee.
2. add the cold coconut milk and sweeten with high quality cane sugar.
3. the coconut iced coffee is served on ice!

 2. Cold Brew Irisch Coffee

Cold Brew Irish Coffee- Handcraft Coffee

Ingredients:

400 ml cold brew coffee
2 tablespoons dark cane sugar
4 cl Irish whiskey 4 cl sweet cream

Preparation:


1. Prepare 400 cc's of cold brew.
2. Sweeten the cold coffee with brown sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Add the Irish whiskey and whipped cream.
4. stir all the ingredients and enjoy an irish-iced coffee! If you have a cocktail shaker at your disposal, you can mix all the ingredients into a delicious cocktail.

3. Long Island iced coffee

Long Island Eiskaffee- Handcraft Coffee


Ingredients for two:

400 ml Cold Brew Kaffee
2cl Tequila
2cl Gin
2cl fresh lemon juice
4cl sugar syrup

Preparation:

1. In a glass half filled with ice, pour one part tequila and one part gin.
2. Add the lemon juice and the sugar syrup.
3. fill the glass with cold coffee.

4. Vietnamesischer Eiskaffee

Vietanmesischer Eiskaffee- Handcraft Coffee

Ingridients:

400 ml cold brew coffee
150 gr coconut sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
5 black peppercorns
10 cardamom sleeves

Preparation:
1. First prepare the coconut sugar syrup Add water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, pepper and cardamom to a pot and bring to the boil.
2. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes
3. Let it cool down while stirring.
4. Pour the Cold Brew coffee and about 120 ml syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well.
5. Finally pour into glasses and enjoy.
